Elliott M. Ross, CCIM
Elliott M. Ross, CCIM is the President of The Ross Realty Group, Inc. and Ross Consulting Group, Inc. The Ross Realty Group, Inc. was established in 1989 as a full service real estate company that leased and managed over three million square feet of commercial properties in the Tampa Bay area when, in 2013, he sold Ross Realty Group to RMC Property Group in Tampa.
He became the Managing Director of the RMC Ross Realty division of RMC. He closed over $60 million in sales transactions during his three years with RMC. In July 2016, RMC suddenly closed the office.
After a year as an agent with Ciminelli Real Estate Services, Elliott reopened his own office in August of 2017. He wrapped up 2017 with over $40 million in closed transactions.
Elliott has over 40 years of experience as a broker representing financial institutions, owners associations and individual owners in all types of commercial transactions.
Karin Stewart currently holds the position of Executive Assistant to Elliott M. Ross, CCIM, President of Ross Realty / Ross Consulting, Inc. (“RCG”). Her duties include assisting in Purchase and Sale transactions and general office administration. In addition, Karin is a Realtor and handles the sale of various RCG assignments. She received her Florida Real Estate License in 1993 and has over 30 years of experience in all areas of commercial real estate.
In 2016 Karin and Elliott joined Ciminelli Real Estate Services in Tampa, working side by side until Elliott reopened his own office in Tampa in August of 2017.
Karin joined Ross Realty Group in 1992 and subsequently became a part owner in the company. In 2013 the company assets were sold to RMC Property Group and Karin worked in the same capacities for the newly formed brokerage company, RMC Ross Realty Group.
